Half amazing, half disappointing

Recommend it for family trips

We had a fantastic experience celebrating our son's birthday there. The staff went above and beyond, providing a cake and a gift, which made the day truly special for the kids.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but definitely reasonable for what we got.

All fine, but location problems

the so-called 100% smoke-free rooms are an absolute joke, as mine smelled like an ashtray! also, the room was tiny, and how about a little extra towel or facecloth? i expected a warm welcome gesture or at least some complimentary lotion, but clearly, that was too much to ask. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a great stay with friends! The breakfast was really good, and having a big shopping center nearby was a huge plus. We visited the Madrid Zoo Aquarium and the amusement park, both were super fun! The hotel is clean and easy to get to. Parking is not a hassle at all. Definitely recommend this spot!

One downside was that the WiFi wasn’t very reliable during our stay, which was a bit frustrating while trying to plan our outings.

the shower had a strange odor. the parking was easy and the metro was just a short bus ride away. staff were friendly and I enjoyed the clean room every day.

Clean rooms and close to shopping

We stayed for 4 nights in a double room. The space was clean and tidy, and it was super easy to chill at the cozy bar area. The only hitch was that WiFi was kinda hit or miss when we needed to plan stuff. Still a pretty good location with a shopping center nearby!

I loved how clean my family room was every day, and the modern TV was a nice touch. The bed was comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The quick check-in and check-out were a bonus. the breakfast wasn’t included, which is a bit of a bummer. the parking situation could be tricky sometimes since it’s a busy area, but it worked out. a solid stay!
